On a sad note, the Zambian music industry mourns again as one of Zambia’s top notch multi talented hit maker and rapper who was affiliated to Kalandanya Music Promotions – Dandy Crazy, has sadly passed away after he was involved in a road traffic accident on 31 December, 2024. About four (4) months ago before his demise, he posted on his social media handled “MWE LESA BUSHE KUTICHA SHANI? IM HOPING THIS ONE WILL WORK FOR MY FUNS, FREINDS AND RELATIVES.I NEED JUST A LITTLE PUSH ! ALL IM ASKING FOR IS A HI !! .IM DEEPLY CRYING WITH ICHIMBO CHAMALILO….IM ASKING JEHOVA GOD TO HEAR MY CRY !!.MY FACE IS HEAVY WITH SORROW LOOKING UP TO GOD!I HAVE LOST SO MANY TIES!!!PEOPLE HAVE LOST HOPE! This is so tragic as last year in 2024, the Zambian entertainment industry had lost some souls such as Johnny Cee who was a rapper, Zambian blogger – Mr Phil, Zambian tiktoker, comedian and content creator – Amake Febby. Dandy Crazy was known for making big hits especially political songs. Most of his fans say he is the one who inspired most of these rappers with a hoarse voice to rap confidently because he was first even in the early 2000s. He will surely be missed by all of his family, friends, fans, fellow celebrities and all Zambians at large. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
